    Description

    Up for sale is this vintage Walsco 72 inch retractable tape measure in good condition.
    Model # R-12, it was made in the USA.  This unit was made for the Utica Radiator Corporation.  The case has a black powder coat paint finish and the logos of the Utica Radiator is done in white lettering on the front.    The back does say Mechanics Pal, but is difficult to read and impossible to photograph.  This piece spent a lot of years in someone's pocket.  The tape itself does have a bit of discoloration but is free of kinks and the button operated retractor works great.   I see a lot of these Walsco tapes for sale, but none bear the advertising for Utica Radiator like this one.
