Architect was Richard Philipp, and landscaper the Olmsted Brothers, according to an addendum in the next issue of the magazine,which is included in this listing. Features: walled and terraced garden; oak paneled dining room; Great Hall of Mankato stone. Photos of the front of the house; and the south side. CONDITION:
Pages have some age toning, darker at the margins. They show some handling wear. No tears.  Personally removed from original magazine. Non-smoking home.
